A beloved Indian dessert made sweet with natural raisins!

Prep Time: 10 mins | Cook Time: 25 mins | Servings: 4

Ingredients:

• 1/2 cup Drypetual Golden Raisins
• 1/4 cup Basmati Rice (washed & soaked)
• 1 liter Full Cream Milk
• 1/3 cup Sugar or Jaggery
• 1/2 tsp Cardamom Powder
• 2 tbsp Drypetual Cashew Kernels (sautéed in ghee)

Instructions:

1. Bring milk to a boil in a heavy pot. Add soaked rice and simmer on low heat for 20 minutes until rice is soft and milk thickens.
2. Stir in sugar and cardamom powder. Cook for another 3 minutes.
3. Remove from heat, then fold in Drypetual Golden Raisins and ghee-roasted cashews.
4. Serve warm or chilled for a comforting sweet treat!
