Welcome to Drypetual Enterprise! We strive to deliver our premium range of dehydrated food powders and dry fruits to your doorstep as quickly, safely, and efficiently as possible across India.
1. Order Processing Time
- All orders placed before 2:00 PM IST are processed and prepared for dispatch on the same or next business day.
- Standard order processing time is 24 to 48 business hours (excluding Sundays and national public holidays).
- You will receive an email and SMS confirmation containing your courier tracking number once your package is handed over to our logistics partner.
2. Delivery Timelines
Estimated delivery timelines based on shipping location within India:

3. Shipping Charges
- Free Standard Shipping: Applicable on all prepaid orders above ₹499 across India.
- Standard Flat Rate: Nominal flat shipping fee applies to orders below ₹499 (calculated during checkout).
4. Shipment Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you can track your package directly using the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email or SMS message.
5. Address & Delivery Attempts
Please ensure that your delivery address, PIN code, and mobile phone number are completely accurate during checkout. Our logistics partners will make up to 3 delivery attempts before returning the package to our warehouse.
