Refund & Return Policy

At Drypetual Enterprise, we take utmost care in sourcing, processing, and packaging our premium dehydrated food products and dry fruits. Every batch undergoes stringent quality checks prior to dispatch.

1. Return & Replacement Eligibility

Due to food safety and hygiene regulations, food products (including vegetable powders, spices, and dry fruits) are generally non-returnable once opened. However, we offer a full replacement or refund in the following exceptional cases:

• Damaged Package: The parcel was physically damaged during transit.
• Defective or Expired Product: The product received has a quality issue or packaging compromise.
• Incorrect Item Delivered: You received a different product than what was listed on your order confirmation.

2. Non-Returnable Conditions

We cannot accept returns or issue refunds under the following conditions:

• Product packaging has been opened, unsealed, or consumed.
• Return claims submitted after 72 hours of successful order delivery.
• Issues arising from improper home storage (e.g., exposing dry powders or nuts to moisture/direct sunlight).
• Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer during checkout.

3. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they are dispatched from our warehouse (typically within 6 to 12 hours of placement). Once an order has been dispatched and assigned a carrier tracking number, it cannot be cancelled.

4. Refund Processing & Timelines

Once your claim is inspected and approved by our quality control team:

• Approved Refunds: Will be credited back to your original payment method (Bank account, Credit Card, UPI) within 5 to 7 business days.
• Replacements: A replacement package will be dispatched within 24–48 hours free of shipping cost.
